Steve Klingenberg had a spectacular run at the Enderle Pull-Off during Unlimited action. Even though he destroyed an engine and had a big fire, if you look at his throttle hand he never backed out of it. (Jim Walbolt photo)

Jack Kielmeyer has put his efforts into a Pro Stock Semi this season and like everything else he's put his mind to he has done extremely well.

Jessie Petro's new Two Wheel Drive truck, "2 Timin" sure looks good! Here he is at Tomah taking a 3rd place finish in Session Five. The chassis is a mate to Jessie's "Buckeye Hauler" and was built about 5 years ago. The truck had been owned by Justin Galion, who pulled it on the OUtlaw Circuit for several years. The Petro's bought it from Galion just prior to the Louisville Farm Show. (Jim Walbolt Photo)
Al Koch's Entertainer II lived up to it's name at Midland in June. The number one cylinder decided that it didn't want to be restricted and decided to send a rod out. THis happened during Light Super Stock competition. (Dave Dann photo)
Johnny Evans pilots the new Modified tractor of Larry Roberts down the track at Wilmington. According to Larry Roberts, the tractor will compete in both Modified & Unlimited Modified competition. It is powered by two Brent Long DT466 Alcohol Motors bored out to 598 CI W/3 Turbos each. Each motor is putting out about 4800 HP with wheel speeds of 150-160 MPH. Tom Larue debuted his new TWD at Brigden on June 1st. Called "Anger Management" it is an all new vehicle other than the body. But, with new paint and a new name perhaps Larue can chalk up another NTPA Grand National title in 2007. (Photo by Jim Walbolt)
J.R. Collins missed all of 2006 with some health issues, but he is ready and healthy for the 2007 season with his potent Buckeye Bulldog. This shot from a few years ago at Bowling Green shows the power of the "Killer" Mack. (Photo by Jim Walbolt)
Tim Cain had an exciting run at Connersville in 2006. Although it looks bad, Tim was uninjured and had the tractor at Sandwich the following weekend. All this was from a Turbo that exploded, sending small bits of the turbo thru the sheetmetal. The fire was from oil hitting the hot motor. If you look closely, you can see the left front tire at the front side of the hood, it ended up higher than the Grandstand.
