Answer:

Page 77 of the 2009 NTPA rulebook states:

4.    No 2 wheeled motorized vehicles allowed as “Pit Bikes” or as support vehicles except for administrative personnel.

5.    Maximum number of riders allowed on support vehicles not to exceed the number of permanently mounted seats on vehicle.

    6. All 4-wheelers, golf carts and any support vehicles must be parked 1 hour after      the conclusion of each evening session at all events.

Note: Operator must have NTPA crewperson license and be at least 14 years of age to operate support vehicle.
