New or returning NTPA members: The online membership application process opened on Wednesday, December 4.
All person licenses and all vehicle registrations will be completed using our NTPA Trackside portal at ntpa.tracksideapp.com. These include
- Competition,
- Crewperson,
- Tech Official,
- Entry Clerk, and
- Grand National,
- Regional National, and
- Non-Points registrations.
Note: You will already have a Trackside account if either of the following is true:
- You established a Trackside account in your name at any time (e.g., for 2024 membership, event entry, or banquet ticket purchases), or
- You submitted your 2024 application via Formstack or paper and included a valid email address or primary phone number.
In either case, your information will be automatically entered into your application. You need only login to your account, make revisions or corrections, read and consent to the statement of waiver and release, add the application to your shopping cart, and complete your payment.

If your account cannot be located using this tool but you believe you created an account, please contact Tyler Coia (tyler@ntpapull.com; 614.436.1761 x-103) for assistance. (Please do not create a new account if one may already exist for you.)
The deadline for purchasing 2025 licenses and registrations at the discounted early rate is 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, December 31. Rates will rise on Wednesday, January 1 and again on Tuesday, April 1.
Note: Prior to completing an application for a never before-licensed Competitor and/or a never before-registered Vehicle, please apply for a one-time, first-time special rate coupon code. The application for this special rate will appear on the membership page once you login to your existing account or create your new account.
