Farley Event Expands to Three-Day Invitational, $671K Purse
Columbus, Ohio—The National Tractor Pullers Association and 300 Raceway of Farley, Iowa have jointly announced that the 2025 NTPA 300 Raceway Pull will be a three-day invitational on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, June 12-14.

The Saturday Finals will feature the largest posted single-day payout and largest first-place prize in the motorsport’s history: $625,000 total, including $50,000 to win each of the five scheduled classes.
In total, the advertised purse for the 300 Raceway Pull will be $671,600.
Tickets will be available for purchase at the racetrack’s website, 300Raceway.com. All three sessions, including the Saturday Finals, will be streamed live or on-demand at FullPull.live.
Track owners and event promoters R.J. and Brandon Simon are taking a high-dollar finals structure that has become commonplace in racing and adapting it to their first-love motorsport.
“We’ve seen this format work in our experience with circle tracks over the past few years,” R.J. explained. “We believe it can be an effective way to get the attention of a new audience of spectators and introduce more potential competitors and sponsors to truck and tractor pulling.
“In addition, given the size of the investment our pullers have made in their equipment, we’re trying to raise the bar on how they’re rewarded for a winning performance,” he concluded. “We want those $50,000 first-prizes to be life-changing.”
Divisions to appear at the 2025 NTPA 300 Raceway Pull include Pro Stock and 4.1 Pro Stock Tractors, Two-Wheel-Drive and Four-Wheel-Drive Trucks, and Modified Minis. Up to 50 competitors in each division will be selected from among applications received.
Entrants in each division will pay a $2,500 entry fee to the event (plus any applicable per-hook fees to NTPA for unlicensed drivers or unregistered vehicles) and be assigned to either a Thursday or a Friday qualifying heat. These preliminary classes will pay the top 10 or 12 finishers according to the standard Grand National two-day or Regional National purse to be listed in the 2025 Pulling Rules.
The top 10 competitors based on distance from each of the Thursday and Friday rounds will advance to the Saturday Finals. Moreover, an 11th “lucky dog” qualifier will be selected from among those present at a post-pull gathering in the racetrack’s Milestone Event Center each night.
Hence, 22 competitors will make it into each Finals class to earn shares of $125,000, with the winner receiving $50,000. All funds from entry fees collected will be paid back in the Finals purse.
“R.J. and Brandon have already established their pull at 300 Raceway as an elite destination event,” noted Gregg Randall, the NTPA’s Executive Director. “You’ll remember that it wan Grand National Pull of the Year in its first NTPA season in 2023.
“Based on that solid foundation, they’re taking an innovative approach to their 2025 event. We’re anticipating a strong response from pullers and fans.”

The event will be designated as a Grand National Invitational. No points toward 2025 Grand or Regional National championships will be awarded. Draw numbers for the preliminary rounds will be set by lottery a month before the event. The order of pull for the Finals will be determined via random draw at the Saturday drivers meeting and luncheon. Both draw number assignment sessions will be broadcast on FullPull.live.
300 Raceway, a 3/8-mile dirt oval located near U.S. 20 on the west side of Farley in east-central Iowa, is owned by the Simon family. 2025 will mark its third season as an NTPA venue.
