Columbus, Ohio—Online competitor pre-entry is now open at the link below for the 56th National Tractor Pulling Championships in Bowling Green, Ohio. The event will consist of five sessions on Thursday through Saturday, August 17-19, 2023.
To be eligible to pre-enter the event, each driver must be currently NTPA-licensed, and each vehicle must be currently NTPA-registered (either GN or RN). Per-hook drivers and unregistered vehicles are welcome at the event but will need to initiate their event registration on-site. Participants in the 2023 NTPA Grand National Free Entry Program will be automatically pre-entered.
If you have already pre-entered for an NTPA GN event this season, please sign in using the same account username, email, and password. The pre-entry service will remember any drivers and vehicles that you have previously pre-entered.
Pre-entrants will be asked to specify both the division(s) and the session(s) in which they wish to participate. For guidance, please study the schedule below.

Pre-entrants will be charged the appropriate entry fee(s) at time of pre-entry. (Note that this is a raised-purse event.) All paperwork will be completed and ready for pickup at the NTPA Entry Services window after on-site entry opens on Wednesday, August 16. Pre-entrants and accompanying crewmembers must still present their card for admission, sign the waiver/release, and apply their hot- or cold-pit armbands as they arrive at Fairgrounds Gate A.
Pre-entry is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged. Please help the NTPA office refine this process as we prepare for the eventual move to mandatory pre-entry in a future season.
