As we move from Thanksgiving into December, we look forward to welcoming you to the 2025 NTPA Grand National celebration at the Double Tree Orlando, located at the entrance of Universal Studios, this coming weekend. The NTPA Office in Marion, Ohio has been dedicated to ensuring this event is memorable for all attendees. Expect pleasant weather in the mid-70s, a welcome change for our Midwest guests.
Galaxy competitors who coordinated with the NTPA Office and Tyler Coia should have received email confirmation of your room reservations. Your Galaxy Tour package includes complimentary accommodations for Friday and Saturday nights; additional nights will be at your own expense. Upon check-in, you will receive two breakfast vouchers for the Double Tree and a parking pass if needed.
This weekend offers a blend of individual leisure and group activities.
Friday evening: From 7:00–11:00 pm, join us for the Cen-Pe-Co Hospitality gathering in the new Double Tree Pavilion behind the hotel. Wristbands are required for entry. You can receive your wrist band at the entrance of the pavilion as it will be required to partake in festivities. Enjoy an open bar from 7:00–9:00 pm, sponsored by WPI/NTPA, Cen-Pe-Co Lubricants, and Busch Light. After 9:00 pm, a cash bar will be available, with complimentary Busch Light until supplies last. Live music will be provided by the Greg Warren Band.
Please note, per Double Tree Hotel policy and Florida law, the hotel bar closes at 11:00 pm. For those wishing to continue the evening, Miller’s Ale House—just north of the hotel and within walking distance—is open until 2:00 am and ready to welcome our group, offering a variety of beverages including Busch Light.
On Saturday morning, there are THREE sessions within the convention center of the Double Tree – near the Seminole Ballroom – with these functions being brought to you by our friends at the Lion’s Super Pull of the South, Chapel Hill, Tenn. and the National Tractor Pulling Championships, Bowling Green, Ohio.
Starting Saturday morning, all NTPA Grand National Banquet attendees can pick up their name badges and seating assignments at the Seminole Registration desk, open from 8:00 am to 5:45 pm—right up to banquet time. While gathering your name badge(s), discover an impressive selection of silent auction items on display in the foyer, which the funds raised will support our scholarship fund. Don’t miss your chance to bid and win something special!

Enjoy lunch at your leisure, then make the most of your afternoon—relax by the pool or explore Universal Walk’s fantastic shops and restaurants, just steps away.
At 5 pm, join us for the lively K&K Insurance social hour in the Seminole Ballroom and foyer. This year, no tickets are needed, just your name badge —everyone is welcome, thanks to K&K and WPI/NTPA.
As you enter, marvel at three stunning Grand National Champion vehicles on display—perfect for photo ops!
At 6 pm, enjoy a delicious banquet dinner followed by the exciting NTPA Grand National Awards Ceremony, live-streamed by Full Pull Live for those joining remotely. With a streamlined program, we feel that one hour has been shaved off of the program, allowing more time for conversation and opportunities to connect and celebrate a great 2025 NTPA campaign!
