| POSITION: | Accountant (Part Time) |
| LOCATION: | National Tractor Pullers Association (NTPA), Columbus, Ohio |
| DESCRIPTION: | The Accountant will be responsible for recording all accounting functions as prescribed by the company including categorization of accounts on a daily basis and generating reports as needed from this data. The Accountant will perform overall processing of accounts receivable and payables; handling all billings, statements, and monitoring aging of receivables and collection of accounts. This also includes recording and depositing all daily receipts in a timely manner, performing payables at least once a week or as directed, reconciling checking account on a monthly basis and performing daily banking functions as needed. |
| QUALIFICATIONS: | - Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
- Related employment and/or experiences
- Computer expertise appropriate to the position
- Willingness/ability to work as a productive team member
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability and willingness to answer phones and communicate about the organization
- Good organizational skills
- Knowledge of truck and tractor pulling is preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- History of good job attendance
