Columbus, Ohio---The National Tractor Pullers Association's Grand and Regional National Contingency Programs reward competitors in all divisions of the NTPA Championship Pulling Circuit.
Seven companies have elected to align with the NTPA to provide benefits to licensed competitors and their registered vehicles. By entering the program, placing the required sponsor decals on their competition vehicles, and achieving wins or top finishes in sanctioned classes, pullers earn cash awards or product vouchers.
For 2021, the total value in cash, service, and merchandise that will be offered to qualifying top finishers in NTPA national classes equals $403,200.
Companies participating in this program include Bill Miller Engineering, Brown & Miller Racing Solutions, Gene’s Machine Shop, Haisley Machine, Scheid Diesel Service Company, SCS Gearbox/Probell Racing Products, STOP-FYRE—The World’s Best Fire Extinguisher, and Summit Racing Equipment. Corporate participants other than Summit Racing will reward winners and runners-up only among “opt-in” signees to the program.
New to NTPA Contingency sponsorship in 2021, Summit Racing will instead reward winners and fifth-place finishers in national classes. Moreover, given that Summit Racing is also an NTPA Point-Fund Sponsor whose decals will also be among those appearing on GN-registered vehicles, such competitors will automatically be eligible to earn Summit Racing product vouchers unless they elect to opt out of doing so.
"We're pleased to provide this excellent way for performance- and safety-related manufacturers to make connections with our competitors," said Gregg Randall, NTPA's Executive Director. "Whether our pullers are running their stuff right now or not, everyone loves to get a little bonus after a win or a good showing."
"We always say, if you're in one of these businesses and not part of the program, why not?"
