Wisconsin Tech Official Roger Kutz's Mother Has Passed

We are saddened to report the passing on Sunday, February 26 of Betty Kutz of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. Mrs. Kutz was the mother of NTPA and WTPA Tech Official Roger Kutz.
