Evansville, Indiana — The roar of horsepower is returning to Indiana as the National Tractor
Pullers Association (NTPA) is proud to announce a brand-new Grand National Pulling Event
coming to the Vanderburgh County 4-H Center in Evansville, May 28–30, 2026.
This all-new event marks a major milestone for fans and competitors alike — the first NTPA
Grand National event in Evansville in nearly 50 years and the kickoff event for the 2026
summer Grand National Pulling season.
The Vanderburgh County 4-H Center offers a beautiful, spacious facility with excellent
spectator seating, modern amenities, and more than 500 on-site campground spaces,
making it the perfect destination to launch the 2026 pulling season the weekend after
Memorial Day.
Evansville and the surrounding Tri-State region have long been a hotbed for truck and tractor
pulling enthusiasts, and the return of NTPA Grand National competition represents a historic
revival of top-tier pulling in one of the sport’s most passionate regions.
Fans can expect the nation’s top machines and drivers to converge on Evansville for three
days of Grand National-level competition featuring:
- Unlimited Modified Tractors
- Super Stock Diesel Tractors
- Pro Stock Tractors
- Super Stock Diesel 4-Wheel-Drive Trucks
- Light Modified Tractors
- Modified Mini Tractors
