Pulling Family Matriarch Joanna Gettinger Has Passed

We are saddened to report the passing on Friday,.April 21 of Joanna Gettinger, 94, of Connersville, Indiana. Mrs. Gettinger was the wife of the late Philip Gettinger, the mother of Mark and Neil Gettinger, the grandmother of Loren Gettinger and Renee Theobald, and the great-grandmother of Grant and Mason Theobald, all former or current NTPA competitors.

Visitation for family and friends is scheduled for Tuesday, April 25 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Urban Winkler Funeral Home, 513 W 8th Street, Connersville, Indiana. Her funeral service will be conducted at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 563 N. County Road 450 E, Connersville on Wednesday at 11 a.m.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church, Fayette County Cancer Society, American Heart Association or American Diabetes Association.
