Official Rules of the NTPA Superfan Experience Contest Sponsored by Case IH

SWEEPSTAKES AND ENTRY PERIODS

The NTPA Superfan Experience Contest sponsored by Case IH (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on June 1, 2023, and ends on October 30, 2023, at 11:59:59 ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

The weekly drawings will be conducted each Tuesday after a Grand National or Super National weekend pulling event, for the duration of the NTPA season, beginning on June 1, 2023. There will be multiple drawings each week, for entrants ages 18 years or older, which will equal the total number of pull sessions the prior weekend plus one (1).

The NTPA Superfan Experience Contest Grand Prize trip drawing will be conducted on October 31, 2023. Six (6) entrants ages 18 years or older will be chosen. Entry end date is October 30, 2023, at 11:59:59 ET.

ADMINISTRATOR AND SPONSOR:

The administrator of the NTPA Superfan Experience Contest is the National Tractor Pullers Association (NTPA). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Case IH Agriculture. To remove your name from future promotion mailings, write to NTPA Promotions, 6155 Suite B Huntley Road, Columbus, OH 43229.

ELIGIBILITY

Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal, living residents, and physically located in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of registration (the “Entrant”).

Employees, contractors, or board of directors’ members of the NTPA or World Pulling International, Inc. (WPI), or their blood relatives, spouses, or those living as a member of the employee’s, contractor’s, or board of director’s household are not eligible for this Sweepstakes. Additionally, employees, contractors, or board of directors’ members of CNH Industrial America LLC, CNH Industrial Capital America LLC, or any Case IH or other CNH-branded dealership are not eligible for this Sweepstakes.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

All winner information and eligibility will be reviewed prior to the declaration of any Official Winners.

In the event that an entry is deemed invalid, a discrepancy is found, or the winner cannot be located based upon the contact information submitted, an alternate shall be used in place of the ineligible or un-locatable winner.

In the event that the winner does not wish to receive a prize, refuses or fails to provide verification information, or does not promptly respond to the initial contact by the NTPA, that winner may be deemed ineligible and an alternate may be used. If it is determined that an alternate will be used, the winner that was deemed invalid will forfeit any prizes associated with the Sweepstakes.

The promptness and degree of reasonableness of efforts to locate a winner or of any decision to deem a winner ineligible based upon these rules shall be at the sole discretion of the NTPA.

Alternates will be used in the order in which they were selected (i.e. alternate one (1) will be used first, alternate two (2) second, and so on) as vacated spots become available.

Verification of all information must be presented to claim any prize.

HOW TO ENTER:

Entry must be completed through https://ntpapull.com/superfan-experience-contest by October 30, 2023, at 11:59:59 ET to participate in at least one of the drawings.

By successfully transmitting a completed online entry form, with the appropriate information as directed, each participant will be entered into the Sweepstakes.

All entries received will be included in all drawings.

PRIZES

The winners of the Sweepstakes drawings will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received. All winners will be announced and posted on the NTPA website after announcement in accordance with the aforementioned drawing schedule.

Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winners drawn and verified will be declared the official winners of the NTPA Superfan Experience Contest drawings.

NTPA Superfan Experience Contest Weekly Drawings

Drawings for entrants ages 18 and older will be held each Tuesday after a Grand National or Super National weekend pulling event for the duration of the NTPA season. One (1) winner each week per pull session the prior weekend will receive an authentic, full-size souvenir Case IH banner autographed by all class winners from that session (approximate retail value or “ARV”: up to $50) and one (1) winner each week will receive a Case IH hat autographed by a driver with a letter from the driver authenticating the signature (approximate retail value or “ARV”: up to $50). Subject to verification, prizes will be randomly awarded each week and will be mailed to the winners within five (5) business days of being selected.

NTPA Superfan Experience Contest Grand Prize Trip

Six (6) winners, plus one (1) guest each, will be invited to the Case IH Racine Experience Center in Racine, Wisconsin. Actual trip dates (late fall of 2023) to be determined by Case IH and announced after October 31, 2023. Airfare and lodging for a one (1) night stay in Racine, Wisconsin, will be covered by Case IH. Winners will receive Case IH and NTPA merchandise. Winners will receive a tour of the Racine plant, experience in the retail environment center, a special lunch meeting with Case IH executives, and a “Follow a Tractor Build and VIP (All-Access) Plant Tour.” One 2023 Grand National NTPA champion will join the winners on this trip to hear more about their championship season and learn about their pulling career and team. Actual day of agenda may vary. (Approximate retail value or “ARV”: $3,000)

GENERAL RULES

All prizes shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the NTPA. Entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements defined in these Official Rules are not eligible to win.

The winners will be responsible for any taxes associated with this prize. Federal, State, and Local taxes are the sole responsibility of the applicable drawing winners. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued by the NTPA to each applicable winner. All federal, state, and local laws, applicable taxes, and regulations apply.

Acceptance of the prize constitutes express permission for the NTPA and Case IH and its agencies as set forth in the Release and Verification to use the prize winners’ name and/or likeness worldwide, in perpetuity, for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, notification, or permission unless prohibited by law, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised. Further, by accepting a prize, each winner agrees to hold the NTPA and Case IH, any of its employees, owners, directors, officers, affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, assignees, and agents, absolutely harmless against any and all claims and/or liability arising out of the ownership and/or use of a prize. Each prize winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize. The NTPA makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind concerning any prize (or any portion thereof) and disclaims any implied warranty. By participating in the Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

Prizes are non-transferable to any other person, including relatives or friends. Fulfillment of the prize will occur using the aforementioned outline.

The Official Rules of the NTPA Superfan Experience Contest sponsored by Case IH are available for review and may be amended or revised at any time at the sole discretion of the NTPA.

The NTPA, at its discretion, reserves the right to select and/or change the prize(s) to be awarded as part of this Sweepstakes or end the Sweepstakes prior to all prize winners being drawn.

INTERNET CONDUCT AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Any attempt by a user, participant, or any other individual to deliberately damage the Sweepstakes website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes, is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the NTPA reserves the right to seek the prosecution of and/or damages from any such person or persons as permitted by law. Furthermore, such a person may be excluded from the Sweepstakes.

Neither the NTPA nor Case IH, any of its employees, owners, directors, officers, affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, assignees, and agents are responsible for late, or incomplete or misdirected entries, or responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by the website, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes.
